Binding
Optional. Bind value to a text tag (or an expression) and its value becomes the scrolling text. Once a binding exists, an empty tag scrolls nothing rather than the fallback.
Speed
Despite its label, speed is not pixels per second: one pass takes (number of characters × 100 ÷ Speed) seconds, at least 3 seconds. A 60-character message at the default 60 takes 100 seconds per pass; at 200 it takes 30.
